Share Menu Select the sharing extensions to include in the Share menu (available from the Share button in the Finder and in many Mac apps). ![]() If an extension selected in the list doesnt appear in the Share menu, the item youre trying to share cant be shared using that extension. For example, you can use AirDrop to share a webpage in Safari, but not selected text. Finder Select extensions that you want to access from the Quick Actions shortcut menu on the desktop, and in the Finder and the Finder Preview pane. Touch Bar If your Mac has a Touch Bar, select extensions that you want to access from it, if you set options for the Touch Bar to show Quick Actions or added the Quick Actions button to the Touch Bar. You can use the Automator app to create Quick Actions workflows that you can enable as extensions and access in the Finder, the Touch Bar, or the Services menu.
